Refund and Returns Policy

At MobilePhonesExpress.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in new or like-new condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • The item must not be physically damaged, altered, or missing parts
2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Used accessories (earbuds, chargers, etc., for hygiene reasons)
  • Any item not in its original condition or returned after 30 days
3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team at returns@mobilephonesexpress.com
  • Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if damaged or defective)
  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions
  • Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted
4. Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective device), we will cover return shipping.
  • For all other reasons (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products within 30 days. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at returns@mobilephonesexpress.com for assistance.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First, check your bank or credit card statement
  • Then, contact your bank — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
