Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if damaged or defective)
We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions
Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective device), we will cover return shipping.
For all other reasons (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchanges

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
First, check your bank or credit card statement
Then, contact your bank — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted
